Return Policy

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product if:

• The item received is damaged or defective
• An incorrect item was delivered
• The product has a manufacturing issue
• The item is unused and in its original packaging

To be eligible for a return:

• Product must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging, accessories, and invoice/proof of purchase must be included
• Return request should be submitted within the eligible period

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return:

• Customized or personalized products
• Digital/downloadable products
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
• Products without original packaging
• Items marked as non-returnable

Cancellation Policy

• Orders may be canceled before shipment processing begins.
• Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
• If an order is canceled successfully before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded.

Refund Policy

• After receiving and inspecting the returned product, approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
• Refunds will be credited through the original payment method used during purchase.
• Processing times may vary depending on banks or payment providers.

Return Shipping

• Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong, defective, or damaged product).
• Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are generally non-refundable.
